I’m an Accredited Practising Dietitian & Nutritionist, specialising in Weight Loss and Lifestyle Disease Management with Cultural Foods. As a woman of colour with a blended cultural background, I deeply understand the challenges—both internal and external—of losing weight while staying connected to the foods you love.
